THE CLITORIS AND THE G-SPOT

Presented by Lady Layla

Some people are reluctant to admit that they don’t fully understand where the Clitoris and G- spot are exactly.  To understand this is important if a female orgasm is to be achieved during either masturbation or sexual intercourse.

THE CLITORIS
The clitoris is very important as stimulation of this area gives a woman a lot of sexual pleasure.
It is easy to locate with just one or two finger ends and it is located just inside the labia on the upper side of the vagina.
It is a small raised area that gets larger as it is stimulated.
More of the clitoris is below the surface than can be felt on top so it is advisable to concentrate on the area around the clitoris as well.
You can use your fingers and your tongue to stimulate this area as it is easily accessible.
As an extra a sextoy such as a finger vibrator or similar could be used.

THE G-SPOT
The G-spot is said to be another super-sensitive area within the vagina.
This is more difficult to locate than the clitoris.
The problem is that the anatomy of every vagina is unique and so the location of the G- spot can vary.
However, it is in a general area and is halfway between the vaginal opening and the cervix and should feel a small rough area.
To find it push your fingers into the vagina with your palm upwards and feel for it on the front surface of the vagina – or upper surface if your partner is on her back.
Again you could use your fingers to stimulate it but a sextoy designed for G-spot stimulation may be better.

During masturbation, the woman will soon work out which areas give her the most pleasure.
During sexual intercourse, the real trick is communication between both participants.  A man needs to be told which area is the right spot for her and what she likes best.
It is important for a man to give a woman as much pleasure as possible both before and after they shag.
